BELTON, Texas—Due to inclement weather conditions, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) will delay opening until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023. All morning classes on Thursday are canceled until 11:00 a.m. when classes will resume meeting face-to-face.
