Physical Plant

The Physical Plant is a dedicated team at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor that keeps its campus running smoothly. They take care of everything from maintaining buildings and grounds to ensuring that all facilities are safe and comfortable for students, staff, and visitors. This team works hard behind the scenes to make sure our university is a beautiful, functional, and a welcoming place for everyone.

How to Contact Physical Plant:

The Physical Plant office is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. During this time, you can reach us at (254) 295-4586 for assistance.

After-Hours & On-Call Support: A Physical Plant staff member is on campus until 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday. After 10:00 PM, an on-call technician is available. Please note that after-hours requests must be initiated by Campus Police or a Resident Director. Be sure to follow the appropriate protocol for any after-hours needs.

Emergency Situations: Emergencies include situations that may cause property damage or pose a threat to personal safety. Serious issues with access control or climate control may also qualify.
