Spanish for Missions

A new track is now being offered at UMHB for students to meet their foreign language requirements. You can now take Spanish for Missions 1 (SPAN 1415) and Spanish for Missions 2 (SPAN 1425) in place of the regular Spanish 1&2 courses. Either track can be a prerequisite for Spanish 3 (SPAN 2310). Spanish for Missions will allow the student to focus Spanish learning toward sharing his/her faith in Christ at home and abroad. Professor Gary Smith will be facilitating these courses, having ministered in many parts of Latin America prior to becoming a Spanish Instructor.
